Superman taps into popular culture again w/ Allen Funt. Does anyone know whether DC doesn't reprint this story because of licensing?

I've considered this the start of the last classic pre-Dark Knight Returns period in Batman. D ick Giordano's editing brought out the best in Gerry Conway, and Gene Colan & Don Newton alternated on the artwork through both Batman & Detective. Great stuff!
