I was glad to pay full retail. I needed a Lois Lane 56 and they had one for $10 in VG that would fill a spot until I could find a nice slabbed copy. With the free shipping, I couldn't do any better on eBay. Shipping on the cheap individual comics is frustrating so these offers can really help.

I also offered to purchase a $200 book on Comic Connect if they could toss in free shipping on that too, but they never got back to me.
