Not surprising. It's a great book and a nice price. I turned down $4000 for my 4.5 copy.

Anytime a Tec goes for a pretty good price people are always interested. Be sure that the one on CC will go for premium top dollar. So the bargains are going on now. And thats because there is/are books that the seller wants on the auctions as well.

the 4 earliest ones are really reading copies, Issues 11 is about a G/VG (slight colour touch at top) (tape interior cover), 12 F/G (tear on top at "Amazing"), 13 Fair, 14 (its too bad here) poor to fair, 15 Good- (because of the obvious rip on top or else it would be a vg+ copy, 16 vg, 17 VG+, 18 Fine, 66 VG+, 92 F/VF, 98 F/VF, 136 VF

First the full run of the 70s DC Shadow comics. Issues 2, 3 , 4, 7, 9, 10, 11 are in high grade most likely 9.2 and up. Issue 1 is in VF condition. the rest are in mid 5-7.0 upper grades(no higher) , asking is (below guide) $ 135 for the set (shipping FREE) to anyone in the U.S. Check or M/O fine.( I always have a return policy option if not happy) , Canadian buyers pay half.
