You should respond to the email by explaining that all your extra cash is currently tied up in helping the son-in-law of the deposed dictator of Namibia regain the $60 million that was stolen from his family in the last civil war, and that if the emailer will quickly send you the Spidey 3 and $5,000 in cash, you'll cut him in on the deal...
