Minus the consignment fee of 10% on Pedigree, this is a profit of $1659 or 11.5%. Not a bad return for 8 months. This edition is one of my "ones that got away". There was an ebay listing, mislabeled where the seller was just selling a bunch of turtles comics and I was bidding it as well as another person. Frankie's comics did a reprint of TMNT #1 with a variety of covers, one of which is a version of the original cover...so of course I had to add it to the collection. I've really got to start a custom registry set. I've got to have 20+ by now. If anyone ever sees a new book with an homage to TMNT #1's cover, feel free to tag me or send a message. Thanks!
