It usually costs me more than that by Airsure Printed Papers, especially with insurance. What service do you use, Nick? As far as I know, standard Airmail is only a tiny bit cheaper than Airsure.

For some reason I cannot get to any of the Ning sites, Comicopolis or Boozads. Last 2 days it just won't let me access.

 

I can get to it by proxy but I can't sign in after that.

 

With comicopolis I get a 'service unavailable' message.  That's on iPad.

 

Must be those krappy Apple machines :baiting:

Having seen Nicks comment I had another look. Looking at the Post office website it only gives prices for Parcel force which are extortionate.

 

However, When you look at the price comparisons for Airmail etc it prices a package, 2 magazines weighing 890 grams(my box is 911 grams), as 12.86 with out any insurance or tracking, to then add signed for its a further £5.15 or Air sure for £7.78. So basically £18 or £21

 

When you use their quote and buy software, the cheapest tracked quote I could get was £49. With it being after closing time, I stupidly trusted the Post office quoting system which is obviously incorrect. I tried other courier companies and they were all similar to the P/O qoute and the cheapest I could find was £29.

 

I will be trying the Post office nearest my work on Monday.

Motorola XOOM with 32gb card wi-fi cost me total of £360.

 

Not restricted to tunes, full flash websites, and significantly slower enough to cause a problem.

1st time to the comic mart and I loved it, spent 250 and picked up x-men 2,3,7 iron man 2, cap America 109,110,118,119,120.

 

Struggled to find a cap 111 or x-men 9 but I think I did well with my money, missed Gary as I'm rushing off home as my 9 month year old is terrorising the granparents lol
