anyone going to Leeds mart on Saturday, please say hi! :hi:

I'm beginning to think you're all figments of my imagination hm

This board doesn't actually exist does it :ohnoez:

Went a few times last year but won't be there this time. Where do you usually set up?

I get moved around, only just started going again.

This will be my 4th mart of the last 5 at Leeds.

Missed the December one as it was right after Thought Bubble

Maybe you should come to the London mart on Feb 3rd. :baiting:

I'll be there, for what it's worth...

I'd love a pint afterwards but will be hauling a van full of comics back up to Hertfordshire.

This does not bode well.

It's a copy (I think) if All-New X-Men 6 bought from Feebay. Packaging appears to be an ordinary Manila envelope. It feels as though the comic is boarded.

Any guesses on how bad this is going to be???

Just contacted the seller and asked for a replacement.

Preferably one that doesn't appear to have been folded in half :tonofbricks:

Luckily, they have already given me positive feedback due to my prompt payment so I've less fear of this one coming back and biting me on the arse.

Here we go

My message

Hi,My copy has just arrived in the post. Unfortunately it has suffered a lot of damage in the post. It looks as though it has actually been folded in half at some point. I'm happy to send a photograph of the damage if you require it. Could you please either send me a replacement (Ideally with suitable packaging to withstand our less-than-delicate postal service) or provide a refund so I can buy an undamaged copy from my local store.

Kind regards

Paul

Response

So, due to the post office being at fault I should fully replace/ refund item?( not saying I won't ) but with myself not being at fault ( my feedback about packing withstanding) I suggest you contact the post office. I shall check if I have anymore issues. And if so I will ship again. My packing will be the same as all items I send out. And never had a problem like this.I shall get back to you later in the day. Sorry your item is in disarray, but once again it's the post office accountable

He's the seller, he's accountable and its him that needs to get a refund from the post office.

Paul, stop buying off eBay!

And out the seller.

What a clown. That message doesn't even make any sense.

Yes, please out him.

He is the only one able to get any kind of compensation from the postoffice so it's down to him to claim and refund you. If he doesn't want that hassle then he should send stuff boxed.
