Always loved this cover ever since I first saw it as a seven year old in my local paper shop.

It looks like Starlin and Sinnott art, have you seen it anywhere else than on this cover? Just wondering if it was exclusively for the UK market.

I think Starlin did some original cover art for the first few issues of the title.

I always assumed that most of the British Marvels from the 70's had original art on the covers.

I'd completely forgotten, but the posted cover reminded me - especially with it being by Starlin.

When I first started reading distributed American comic books in 1973, the first artist I really liked was Jim Starlin. I wonder if seeing Starlin covers on British Marvels a few months before had any bearing on this? I liked them, even though I never realised he'd drawn them.
