Hey Guys,

 

Over the last year I've gotten pretty tight with my grading. This particular one though is throwing me for a loop, as i'm not good with "stains". The front is an easy 9.6 possible 9.8. Back, well who knows!! SO help a brother out!!!

My experience is that CGC will kill that book for the Lower left corner back stain.

 

You would be lucky to get 8.0, I think.

That stain would likely drop the grade to 6.5 IMHO - gorgeous book otherwise. CGC and most grading systems KILL on stains like that.

5.5/6.0 with. Thats a pretty good sized water stain. CGC hates stains.
