13 one ofthe hardest to find. one note: overstreet fails to mention the superman 1 cover in actrion 13 but mentions it in action 14. sothe first two times I saw an action 13 I (and the seller) thought it was a13 cover with a 14 interior. sent a note to overstreet but when it wasn't corrected it didn't seem worth the trouble to tell them again
