FF 1 low grade sets new high...

I think I might buy a GRR of 1 and just wait out the current sellers market.

 

You'll be waiting a long time, at least on FF # 1s. I sold a decent (though not spectacular) CGC 4.5 copy for $2600 this past fall (that was the BIN)...and every other graded copy has been selling at above Guide levels for some time now. Buy raw if you can, though try to get one from a collector. Most raw copies that I've seen at shows this year have been overgraded and overpriced.
