Great book, and for some reason I've never seen that fantastic cover. I was thinking 7.5 without considering the staples. I don't know how CGC factors in rust, but I was thinking that the technical grade would have to be lowered, so I was going to say 6.0. Total guess though.

A likely CGC 7.0.

I have a Shock Suspense #5 with the same great eye appeal and eerily similar rust issues given a 7.0. Hopefully when you re-sell (if you do) you'll find a buyer who appreciates eye appeal over technical grades.
