Not sure what PGM denotes. Please Grade Me? (being polite) Pre-Grade Me (thinking submission)

Hence the "PGM?" in the thread title.

 

Looking for a grade on the book below. Also wondering how much the subscription area affects the grade. (No label affixed. Address printed on cover directly.)

Back cover looks great but a lot going on with the front cover. I'd say 3.5 to 4.0.

I think this book falls into the VG 4.0 category.

 

In this sort of grade I don't think the subscription panel has any great effect. But, FWIW, I much prefer the WDC&S covers without them.
