How's the Vault?

I got this for my birthday last year. I have my thoughts on it - what's the general consensus? The pages are CR-OW. The back cover is OW for the most part; I do not know why it looks so tanned/ugly in the scan. The red colours on the cover drive my scanner crazy as well. High amount of gloss and good reflectivity. Anyhow, opinions are helpful so don't hold back!

Structurally looks like a 7.5 or so. But yeah, the back looks tanned and ugly as you say. The corners look lighter. What's the deal?

A few spine dings, I'd say 8.0...except for the puzzling back. No idea what to do with that.

I agree with the grade BTW. 7.5 IMHO. Nice book.

There was a crack in the slab when it was given to me, so I just took it out. It has the classic story 'Easel Kill Ya' - later adapted to a pretty good Crypt episode with Tim Roth I believe.
