No. This book is far away NM...

Spine is curved, with flaws, there is a subscription (?) crease in the middle of the book and it's a pence copy too.

No. Consider yourself fortunate - foreign edition, heavy spine wear (somewhat hidden by the badly off-centered cover, but a vertical reading crease is still evident in the black cover) and "Sold as is".

Just the curve on that spine alone says VG to me. I can imagine how many other flaws there must be that weren't picked up by the scanner.

 

And yes, that is a foreign edition.
