In case I add any other books to this thread later, the following applies to all sales unless otherwise stated:

 

On top of any asking prices, I'll charge you for shipping and insurance at right around cost.

 

I would prefer to sell within the U.S. only (partly because I've never shipped outside the U.S. and I don't know what it entails), but if you're willing to walk me through the process to ship outside of the U.S. and assuming the process & paperwork isn't too honerous, I could probably be talked into shipping outside of the U.S.
