Well, first it's not NM. It's CGC 9.8

 

Second, it's SS and signed by both McFarlane and Lee.

 

Third, the "make an offer" button is there too.

 

I see nothing wrong with this. I think if an interested party doesn't like the price, there's a button for it.

 

Definitely worse things to be found on Ebay.

Nothing wrong / fishy, but I do believe the days of a fat ASM 300 markup are long since gone. Still an A+ issue in my book though--great cover, great interior, and fun story!
