Seems they want to hire fulltime writers on salary to crank out scripts.. But the deal comes with an onerous one-sided contract that gives Marvel control over all the writers ideas BEFORE and AFTER signing the contract.... many letters some from former Marvel writers and Epic creators..

I can understand the impulse, bringimng it all in-house was attempt to maintain control over the stories so they could interlock, etc. This makes sense in that vein.
