Transformers #1 marvel

I have two different copies of transformers #1 by marvel both have spiderman in the bar code how ever the colors on the cover are different I've just noticed... One color the sky/background is blue-ish & the other cover its purple-ish & also the faces of the two humans on the cover are a different color red ... Does anyone have any idea what the deal with this is?! Is it some kind of second printing or what?! Light fading ?! damaged some how?!...

 

I was just checking em out thinking about taking em to the con to get graded and noticed this :S I'll try and get a picture of it up tonight or tomorrow before the convention :S
