What you might not see:

 

- color-breaking indent crease along the right edge (beneath Torch's left hand) may or may not be related to what looks like a line of identation that runs the width of the book at that point (i.e. horizontally from the bottom of the color-break). On the front cover this is alternating short vertical lines like:

On the back, there is a very faint indentation line in the same place.

 

So, is this a production artifact? Spring-loaded spinner rack?
