among the 'small' m mysteries, this has always been one of my favorite covers, Sardo. well done.

Always had a soft spot for this cover - (even though I sold my last copy) - Back when I was around 13 or 14 (circa 1973) it was the first MM I ever bought, and the first ever war era Timely. With the Nazi's, hooded menace, girl and toro tied to a death trap, and the Human Torch melting through a wall, it seemed to exemplify the Schomburg war cover.

Thank you. This book really has it all in my opinion. It truly does exemplify all of the things I love about Timely's and Schomburg cover artwork in particular. I am really happy about this one.
