Because there are a blazin' blue bazillion of them. It's a warehouse find book, if I'm not mistaken.

Check out the Heritage May auction. Someone is selling a CGC 9.8 White Pages.

And they keep coming out in other sales venues.

$20K to $25K is my guess

Definitely $20k+, I think it will probably top out at around $23k.

I have a call into Lon Allen to see if he can talk the seller into accepting a trade of my 15 long boxes of Turok 1, Bloodshot 1, X-Men 1 A-E, and X-Force 1. Trying to talk the books up as "hot soon." :insane:

:gossip: Soon being 20-30 years from now, AND if every other copy out there burns in a massive inferno. (shrug)

Common as dirt . . . just happens to be expensive, due to relative demand. ;)

9.9 1

9.8 19

9.6 124

9.4 209

Here are the numbers for unrestored copies. It's hardly rare.

:gossip: It's probably my 9.6 copy pressed to a 9.8 - only a moroooooooooon would pay $20K+ for that. :roflmao:
