Lastly for right now is a Board-only special. I've been selling 10-packs of G.I. Joe # 138 (still polybagged) on ebay sporadically for $29 each. I'll make them available to the boards for $20/per. That's $2/book, but you have to buy them in quantities of 10. Buy as much as you want, I have plenty.

 

Please note, while I can't guarantee these books are all 9.6s/9.8s if you choose to submit, I did sort out any books with obvious damage or wear. The ones I put into these 10-packs are all very clean copies (9.2 at worst).
