Artist named spelled wrong on SS label, what next?

27 posts in this topic

How does CGC handle a mistake on their end? They spelled an artist name wrong on a yellow labled book I have. If I send it back to get corrected do they charge me and if so for what exactly?

Thanks....

I have a sig and sketch secret invasion cover from Greg Horn that reads " signed by greg horn" I guess they forgot the OBVIOUS SKETCH on the cover. Looks like shipping handling and insurance is in your future

I hope you called them and sent it back for the gold label..free of charge.

Maybe, but I kinda like it the way it is..................

I agree. (thumbs u I think it's pretty cool, and maybe someday error slabs like this will actually be collectable (like old "rattler" slabs in the coin community).

After I made that post. Someone from CGC PM'ed me about it and I've sent it back to have the label change. :(
