According to my calculations....if we all pony up 1 K...for a 13 million total we will have enough to buy the art and either : 

 

A ..../ Build a nice state of the art Facility / Timeshare that we could take turns enjoying OUR collection at with the extra 3 million.

 

OR......

 

B..../ Invest the extra 3 million in some hot underpriced stocks until we have recouped our original 13 million....keeping the art for free
