X-men 85 is it worth sending in

I just recieved a copy of X-men 85 and I was wondering what would the board grade it and also is it worth sending in or should I just keep it like it is ungraded.

Keep it ,read it, don't worry about sending this to cgc.

Even without the water damage on the back it would still be low grade. Definitly not worth your time and money. its what most people would call a "reader" copy.

Yup, reader-copy all the way. The reprint issues are not too hard to find in mid-grade, at least...
