Maidens and Monsters, vintage sci-fi fantasy art exhibit coming!

At the Creature Con this weekend there was a booth promoting an

exhibit coming to the Orlando area starting in November. "Maidens and

Monsters - The art of science fiction, adventure and fantasy". It will feature

50 original paintings by artists such as Frank R. Paul, Frank Frazetta, Margaret

Brundage, N.C. Wyeth, J. Allen St. John, Virgil Finlay, etc.

Being as this was more about illustration art and pulp art I figured this would

be the best place to post this. I can't wait for November! :banana:

I stopped by their table too. Looks like an awesome show and its great that it's coming to central Florida! I discussed with the promoter how satisfying it is to see these paintings get the attention they deserve. Standing in front of the originals should be inspiring!

 

Also, great meeting you out there at the con Flee! :hi:
