ASM #36. Historical issue, and comic that people will remember in regards to 9/11. Also the print run is not huge on this one.

I agree that I think #36 will be worth more However #583 Obama variant also is a historical Issue . First time a African American was elected President

Probably Spidey #36, but....seriously? These are all junk with no potential as investment vehicles.

Which moderns have potential?

 

Too soon to tell. If anything, keys from the dead years, 1999-2001, like the aforementioned Spidey #36. The books listed, however, have all achieved their potential already. If they happen to go up any more, it will be as the result of inflation and the overall price rise of the age in general.
