Deadpool 98

What would you guys say my Deadpool 98 grade is?

It's New Mutants #98, not Deadpool #98.

 

It looks 9.0/9.2 from the scan (the bottom left corner looks pretty crunchy), but you can't really tell without a back cover scan as well.

This is a picture I got off the seller on ebay, so I'm hoping it's not crunchy and just the picture - I just wanted peoples opinions from the scan.

Nothing, he just put 'very good' or some bull. He's not a grader, one of those 'very good condition' people, .
