What does it say above OFF WHITE pages

 

I think it says "Cover detached and spine completely split......" then I have trouble making out the print after that, but It looks like it has to do with tape..... (shrug)

Do you have a link to where this is on the site? I couldn't find it.

 

Log into your Collectors Society page. Then go to the "Grading & Submissions" tab on the menu. It's the second last option, "Verify CGC Registration".
