Grade my House of Secrets #98

OK, last one for tonight. Thanks for the confirmation of grades. Looks like one in the CGC bin and the rest in the "sell on eBay pile".

What I like about this book:

1. cool cover!

2. Off-White to White Pages

 

What I don't like (Defects):

1. At least 6 spine creases that break color

2. FC bottom right corner crease that barely (just) breaks color.

3. BC soiling.

4. miscut; spine is on back cover instead of front cover

5. stain or ink? on BC

This book is an error in overstreet,...guide credits cover to Wrightson, but you can see Kaluta's signature in the bottom right corner...
