Can't add a book to my Registry set?

I purchased an ASM #31 off ebay and tried a week or two ago to add it to my Registry set. I got the message that it was not added due to being a part of someone else's set. I have the book and I own it, so if I am unable to get ahold of the seller, is there a way to have it added to my set if I can show proof of ownership?

You can email them. There's an option on there some place. Tell them you own the book. They'll email the person who had the book in his registry, and then take it off of his.

Thanks for the info. Fortunately, I was able to contact the seller, and he did indeed still have it in his set. He went in tonight to remove it, so it's was pretty painless
