Ebay Listing prices raised

3 posts in this topic

I got an email from Ebay this morning, it looks pretty legit but maybe someone will say it's a hoax

They're raising most of the listing prices by 5 to 10 cents per item starting in Feb., created new categories for under a dollar and over $500 items and lowered the prices for listing things in an Ebay store. I guess they're trying to encourage folks to use the store feature

There's more but trying to format the columns is too painful this early in the morning. In general I'm not happy about the higher costs, as if they don't make enough money already 893whatthe.gif

Dave,

I only took a quick look, but I think you may have been looking at the Ebay Motors prices. Here's a link to the Ebay announcement board:

I sure hope they aren't raising the prices! It gets expensive. Especially when you have to relist an item a few times. I object to the monthly fee for the store. I would start a store in a heartbeaat if it didn't cost $40 or $50 per month. And they would make big money off of my insert fees and final value fees.

Thanks,

Nesta
