Am I seeing something different here?

 

The bottom staple is half crippled, maybe even half way out! It has a datestamp on the back, multiple spinecreases, all corners have bigger AND smaller creases, the spinercorners are rounded up. etc etc. Why should this be a fine?

 

Maybe I´m looking at another image, but these are 4.5´s and they´re at least compareable to this one, if not even nicer:

The Hulk has worse creases and more spine wear

 

The Tec 24 has a tear and and chunk out of the cover

 

The Flash looks to have a big tear, creasing and staining

 

You have apoint on the Tec 29 from the cover.
