Just an FYI that I got a HUGE MOFO of TPBs in the mail today.

 

Sorry it took a little longer than expected. I got absolutely swamped the last two weeks. Glad everything made it there safely. You could throw me a kudo post... I wouldn't mind...

 

I immediately cracked open the Avengers-Defenders War and loved every bit of it. That was when comics were fun, and you could tell the creators were having a real hoot.

 

I had no less than FIVE different forumites try to order that after you put in your order for it. I wish I had gotten more than one copy. But a little birdie is telling me there's another copy in this week's haul...

 

I am off to dinner, and then I will post the new list of trades. A few things came in that I sold out of before, plus lots of stuff that's new. And TONS of Essentials... I think there are 16 different Essentials in this load, including several Volume 1s... Marvel Team-Up anyone?

As for Kudos, I'm waiting on one final book from our Vinman in the West, and I'll post a big one.

I count six leaves off my Japanese maple tree... a piece of ceiling tile... a jar of peanut butter... three drinking straws... a frisbee... a ball of twine... two AA batteries... a 60W lightbulb... the certificate of occupancy for the local McDonald's... a full bolt of Yu-Gi-Oh fabric... a child's pinwheel... a bag of Guacamole Doritos... two spools of black thread... a road atlas for the Yucatan peninsula... a styrofoam beverage cooler... and a box of Swiffer Mitts...

 

Thankfully, some comic-related items fell in the box too, including a couple more this morning... If the box gets much bigger I will need help carrying it out the door, so I think we may have to close it up later today...

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!

 

Okay, you've been waiting long enough... Many of you have heard that I found a Texas oil baron with more dollars than sense and convinced him to buy me some trade paperbacks... Well my UPS man finally made his way through the snow and ice and delivered nearly 400lbs of trades to my doorstep. There are more on the way next week, so I need to move some of

these to make room... The new trades are here... And now that the cops have stopped circling the building it's time to list them for sale!!!! ... We hit another truck yesterday! We just can't be stopped!
