Nobody mentioned Miller's second stint on DD either, I believe it was called SAVED, easily one of my faves!

"Born Again."

The best in-continuity super-hero story ever told. No lie.

First:

Define "important"...

Instead of important....how about good storylines that would be fun to read. If they are important to the character thats a plus. I am interested in some fine reading for the most part.

Watchmen #1-10

Why, what's wrong with the last two issues? :baiting:

Um. Er. Uh....

THEY STINK!

(Wasn't paying attention. ;) )

By the way, excellent list. :applause:

What did you use as cut-off points for determining whether a book is copper or not?

Loosely 1983-ish to 1993-ish, though I don't like such a small time frame.

Yes.

Nice list RMA.

Not necessarily important but, they're alright reads...

Doctor Strange 48-55, 65-73

Marvel Fanfare 1-4

Fantastic Four 347-349

Art Adams. After looking at that FF arc again, I've come to the conclusion that he's to blame for the "Image" style. Spider-Man with flipper feet, elongated faces, overly linear work, it's all there. In Adams' hands the style makes sense. His imitators? Not so much.
