In 9.2 condition its listed at $15 in the guide.. Only 3 copies have ever been graded..the highest being 9.6. The official title for this issue is "Spider-Man, Captain America, Hulk & Spider-Woman" in the census and its under the Promotional section in Overstreet under "Amazing Spider-Man" According to GPAnalysis no graded copies have ever been sold
