Just got this email from Paypal:

Looks like they are getting ready to force every payment to be made by Paypal, even from those buyers without an account.

But they already have pretty much forced it down everyone's throats. PayPal is the only form of payment a seller can list. Other forms can be used, but only if the buyer makes an inquiry regarding alternate methods.

I think its Paypal Propay and it is also used by Atomic Avenue.anybody have any more info on this?

One of the big benefits of Paypal has always been that you were able to send a credit card Paypal payment without actually having a Paypal account - this is nothing new (and it's not a bad thing, either). There are a ton of smaller websites that are able to accept CC payments on the cheap this way.
