The main issue for me is the rippling on the back cover at the spine.

 

If that rippling is indicative of staining or water exposure, the grade could fall to 7.0 or 7.5 in CGC's hands. I had an apparent 9.6 copy of Thor 146 get knocked down to a 7.5 when I submitted it, for an "invisible stain running through the book" (grader's notes).

 

Absent such a problem, 9.0.
