thanks for helping point out all the flaws in these books. The white spots on the scan of the back are on the mylar, not the book.

Actually it is the residue from an old price tag. I should Goo Gone it get rid of it

All of the books I have been posting are going to be part of a trade for some very nice FOUR COLOR comics.

i was thinking more like 5.0 or so ... is the top staple rusty?

Nope no rust on either of the staples. It looke a little dark due to the cover around the staple

 

here is a scan of my keeper copy. unfortunatley my older scans are much smaller since bandwidth was at more of a premium way back in 2000 when I started scanning
