Weird Item that Caught My Eye

I saw this listed, and immediately started tracking it. I wonder how old this is, and what the ending price will be?

That's actually kind of cool in a weird, but non-greggy weird, sort of way. Too bad it's no PP, international.

More a commentary on items of this nature than the item itself, how would someone know if this item is in its original factory seal, or if it was rewrapped with a cellophane machine? I'm always wary of collectible merchandise that can easily be rewrapped to look unused with original factory seal.

 

Incidentally, on Sunday, a buddy of mine asked me to go along with him to a local flea market, and one of the vendors was selling factory sealed NES/Atari/Intellivision/etc games. The classic arcades were all there! My friend collects them, and a few of them, he was able to tell if they were rewrapped. I'm not sure how, nor did I implore, but I guess there must be a way to detect if it is the original factory seal.

...and FWIW...the manufacture on the gloves does not appear to be that old... ...the quality of the leather and the stitching don't seem consistant with an "old" item...JMO
