VF (sorry, 8.0) sounds right to me!

Is that scuffing on the side of the spine (where it looks like color has been rubbed off)?

 

If so, it might be hard to even get an 8.0.

 

Plus CGC probably won't downgrade, but the distributor ink on the bottom of the book (in green) is kinda nasty.

 

Still, looks like a nice copy but might not be worth getting slabbed.

a solid 8.0. Yea, the distributor ink is kinda nasty, but I have seen A LOT worse.

Looks like a nice book. I would get it slabbed. It look's like a 7.5-8.0 too me.
