PGM Fantastic Four 100TH cool cover

A really cool cover of the Fantastic Four. This is a really nice tight book. All sharp corners, flat glossy cover surface, perfect back cover as well. Perfect spine with no ticks. WP Interior pages according to OWL guide.

9.4/9.6. Its to hard to see the edges on the B.C. Is it for sale?

All the edges are sharp around the whole book both front and back. There are no creases, not a one. Perfect crop, shiny staples. This book looks as though I jumped in a time machine and picked it fresh off the shelf. My observations notes are pretty accurate on the description. I will send it in to be graded before concidering selling it.
