This book is just KILLER in hand...but has some technical "issues" that basically present themselves in the scans...what grade sayeth thou...

6.5/7.0...leaning toward the lower grade...I don't think Marvel chipping gets hammered as much as one might expect..

if that's tape or tape residue on the top front cover then i'd say 4.5. Would probably go 5.0 without tape.

Thanks for the estimates...er, I mean grades...there's a discussion in Silver - Journey Into Mystery Appreciation Thread how tough this book is in grade...I have this graded as a solid 6.0 with a shot at 6.5...but just oozes so much nicer in hand...

That chipping equals one big missing chunk.

 

I'm thinking that with the discoloration on the top edge plus the spine creasing added to the chipping - 5.5 - 6.0 at best, but what do I know....
