I'd go a bit higher on this one...know how the big scans can show more than the book does in hand. I'd say 8.5, maybe an outside chance of a 9.0.

 

Outside some discoloration, I don't see anything wrong with the BC. There's the issue with the lower right FC, but other than that the FC is pretty tight for a black cover. Nice book.
