Since all the kids are doing it these days...

I'm still torn concerning your choice of condiments.

On one hand, the ketchup works with the egg but not with the ham. On the other hand, the mustard works with the ham but not the egg.

It's a conundrum.

This is not a scheduled stop for the crazy train.

Although, it does say train...but that is just Blowie...nevermind.

Ketchup and eggs is a travesty.

Honey mustard works with everything though.

This is turning into a foodie thread. lol

Okay.

For lunch I'll be having a ham and egg white sandwich, with fruit and yogurt for dessert.

It's no Baconator but it looks good.

I'd prefer the Baconator, but I try to eat healthy when I can.

Wendy's salads are pretty good.

Wendy's salads are pretty good.

That is like going to Vegas for the weather.

You go to Wendys to scarf down artery clogging burgers the size of your head.

:whee:

It seems to work.

The ketchup is on the cheese and egg white side, and the honey mustard is on the ham side.

The eggs were cooked and the ham heated with a little virgin olive oil.

Quite tasty.

lol

I've done it.

But if I did it everyday I'd be humongous.

I actually haven't eaten fast food in about a year. I think I was starving one night and there was nothing to cook so I headed to Taco Bell and had like six crunchy tacos.

Now that I think about it, I haven't had fast food since before Halloween regardless of how much fun someone makes of my giant pumpkinhead.

Edit: I have had an Egg Mcmuffin once since then.

Excellent solution. Works for me!

When I am at my absolute wits end and have to eat fast food I have two go-tos:

(1) 3-6 crunchy tacos from TB

(2) Two double hamburgers from McD's with ketchup and onions , and then throw away one of the buns and make a 4 patty sangueenny.

My big weakness is ice-cream. Ben and Jerry's.

But I learned that I could trick my cravings away by eating yogurt instead.

I don't know why, and everyone's metabolism is a little different, but I could eat six TB crunchy tacos every day and not gain weight. Not true for burgers and fries.

My nephew claims TB meat is rated worse than dogfood though.

That is an urban myth. Taco Bell consistently is at the top in cleanliness and food quality, Which for fast food is still not saying a ton.

I tried to tell him it was debunked, but he's a teenager and seems to know everything...just ask him. :)
