Not me, cowboy.

 

I had a terrible tofu dish for dinner last night. It sounded delicious from the menu description. Then, when they brought it, I immediately remembered that I thought it sounded delicious about three years ago as well, and I had forgotten how lame it was. :(

 

On the positive side, there was plenty of other food!

I'm happy to say I've never eaten tofu.

It is great in some preparations. Stir fried, it gets crispy and delicious. It is served in soft cubes in some soups - also delicious.

 

But soft cubes as an entree is gross, and that is how this was prepared. Inch wide gelatinous cubes in hot sauce. :sick:

Also, I recently had a tofu dish similar to what you had last night and I enjoyed mine slightly more than you did yours.
