With her mythical madonnas still walking in their shades:

Lenny Bruce, declares a truce and plays his other hand.

Marshall McLuhan, casual viewin', head buried in the sand.

Sirens on the rooftops wailing, but there's no ship sailing.

Groucho, with his movies trailing, stands alone with his punchline failing.

Klu Klux Klan serve hot soul food and the band plays 'In the Mood'

The cheerleader waves her cyanide wand, there's a smell of

peach blossom and bitter almonde.

Caryl Chessman sniffs the air and leads the parade, he know in a scent,

you can bottle all you made.

There's Howard Hughes in blue suede shoes, smiling at the majorettes

smoking Winston Cigarettes.

And as the song and dance begins, the children play at home

with needles; needles and pins.

I am a cartoonist. And have long thought I'd like to make webcomics. So imagine my surprise and joy to find that Mike and Jerry, of Penny Arcade, are doing a reality style internet show about selecting a web comic artist to be in house with them for a year and get all kinds of exposure and cool stuff.

 

Also, I am in love with Katie.

 

So if this kind of stuff interests you (everything these two guys interests me), check it out. They are up to ep. 07 and I'm really enjoying it.

 

But mostly, Katie.

They're all my favs.

 

They really are a wonderful group of people. Maki and Nick are two of my faves (OMG KATIE). Amy and Abby are two of my least faves.

Sara Fletcher is a graduate of Indiana University with a degree in Theater and minor in Dance, and a second degree in Sign Language Interpreting from LA Pierce College. Her acting experience spans several multi-media platforms, inducing: theatre, web, commercials, film and television.

In October 2009 on Comedy Central, Fletcher starred as Jessica, the secret girlfriend in the television show Secret Girlfriend. In spring of 2010 she also starred in the CBS Josh Schwartz and Matt Miller pilot Hitched. This past spring and summer she was also seen as a guest star on both NBC’s shows Perfect Couples and Friends with Benefits. This January Sara guest starred on Family Guy as Brian's new girlfriend Kate.

Some of Fletcher’s past film credits include a guest-starring role in the Nickelodeon series, Merry Christmas Drake and Josh and several starring and guest roles in the independent features iCrime and Hamill. She also is starring in the wrestling indie feature: Beyond the Mat, out in theatres this fall 2012.

Fletcher currently resides in Los Angeles, California where she enjoys spending time with her three dogs and tormenting Brad, her better half.
