1. Upload an image to photobucket of flickr or something like that.

2. Copy the URL for the image. It's the URL that points directly to the jpg.

3. In your message here, paste the image URL between IMG tags like this:

[img=http://whatever.server.com/path/image.jpg]

Presto, you've got an embedded image.
