Very hard to tell from scan ,but there are a few color breaking spine ticks under the top staple.Maybe it's my old eyes at it again.

Maybe you're right I find it hard to see if there is a some breaks under staple with the size pics.

Yep... I would say it's a 9.4. Final decision

its from the same collection as this #225 .. and everyone said that was a 9.2 to 9.4

wow, lovely copy, maybe most of us are to strict on grading here, but I don't think that's a bad thing It's better to be surprised by a better grade

I'm pretty nervous about my first send off to CGC, i keep noticing little things on my comics I hope I get as lucky as you, and score some great grades.

Some of these things are hard to tell from scans.. such as what I thought was a pencil mark on the back of the #225.. it turned out that it was a printing error.. not a pencil mark. Also, some "breaks of color" along the spine are sometimes really the result of printing..and not a crease with color break..

Some fraying around the upper staple in your zoomed in pic. I would consider this 9.2, though CGC will likely give it a 9.4.
